H1N1 prevention strategies – how to stay healthy or recover from self-care

Are you nervous about the swine flu or H1N1 influenza? Read on for some very valuable tips that I learned, unfortunately, only in retrospect.

Now I've survived the swine flu, are more tips in my e-mail about how to prevent in the first place. I wish I had known! The swine influenza (H1N1 or was) a joke!

The email was forwarded several times but the original was an expert in India (I'll go back and find the name).

MeanwhileShare information for the benefit of all, then you also avoid the swine flu bug.

Already know about hand washing, and that you really can not touch your face, right?

So I go on the important things and new:

1) gargling with warm salt water

I knew that this will help with neck pain. I do not know is that the reason it works is that the neck kills bacteria and viruses are rampant in this- The setting is the port where the flu virus to access our.

Gargle with salt water hot sun reduces the number of swine flu and other germs and prevents them from having strong a foothold. It 'been advised to do twice a day.

Even if you do not want to gargle to all those who eat a lot of alternative / hot drink (presumably salted?) Fluids, ie, soups, etc. You kind of work in reverse order.

During the gurgling of H1N1 flu germs, asspit out, the soup will wash the stomach, where stomach acid kills. Works or something.

2) Use a Neti Pot

Sort gargle for nasal ;-)

The nose is another major target for virus and other facilities to gain access to ours. Therefore, it is important to empty it and remove viruses and bacteria in excess.

Thus, the Indian experts recommend using a neti pot and wash our nostrilsonce a day (thank God twice a day) with warm salt water.

Once again I'm one of those machines and use occasionally. However, I never know what you want to do. Now I know.

It takes a little 'practice and getting used to, but not terribly uncomfortable, once you get the hang of it. Keep plenty of tissues around the nose to clean when. It 'clear the sinuses very well.

In fact, I met aneti pot-less technology, the nature of it is delivered – in fact, inhale warm salt water through your nose. Personally, I think the pot neti is much cheaper!

So this is:

I would add these things to my routines. Maybe not every day, but I try to remember to do as much as possible, and even if I had the flu virus. You never know how I'm immune to get back.

Talking about … I'm debating whether I agree thatSwine flu shot. Would that be a good idea or be dismissed? What do you think?

Please leave a comment if you have an opinion (especially if it is to have an informed opinion) it.

There are more things you do to prevent influenza or H1N1 swine influenza or any other type of flu or cold, and I write about this in another post …

Meanwhile, a neti pot and start washing the nose ;-)
